About
A marketing and tech team, run by the person who built it.
We build and operate your marketing and tech team, customized to your budget, needs and infrastructure, with direct, around-the-clock access to our CEO.
What we are
A department you work with, not a product you buy
Aryeh Algorithms is a founder-led company that builds and operates an AI-powered marketing and tech team for growing businesses, customized to each client’s budget, needs and infrastructure, with direct access to its CEO around the clock.
Partnership
Your marketing and tech team, run as a partnership
We are not a vendor you buy from once. We agree scope with you, build with you, and keep operating with you. The work is reviewed together on a fixed cadence and adjusted as your business changes.
Department
The marketing department a growing company needs
Strategy, research, content, campaigns, lead generation, outbound, marketing operations, analytics and sales enablement, built as one department rather than a stack of separate tools and freelancers.
Technology
The technology underneath it
Website, CRM, email, forms and the integrations between them. We build on the systems you already run, add what is missing and connect the pieces so they work as one system.
Sales
Support for the sales team you already have
Your salespeople keep the conversations. Everything before and after them, the research, the list, the qualification and the follow-up, is prepared for them and written to the CRM they already use.
Operations
Systems that run continuously
Automated workflows carry defined marketing processes on a schedule, day and night. Anything that needs a decision waits for a person, and a person reviews the output before it reaches you.
Access
Direct work with the CEO
Every client works directly with the CEO. Priorities are set with the CEO, messages in the portal go to the CEO, and that access is around the clock.
What we are not
Five things this is not
Plain statements, so the fit is clear before the first call.
01
Not a SaaS vendor
There is no software to sign up for and run yourself. The portal shows you the work; the work is done by us.
02
Not a generic AI consultancy
We do not deliver a strategy deck and leave. We build the department, then operate it, and we are measured on what it runs.
03
Not an outsourced black box
Every workflow has a named owner and a defined check. What ran, what is waiting on you and what changed is visible in the portal as it happens.
04
Not a tool you configure alone
Setup, integrations and the ongoing tuning are our work. Your team approves the output and answers the questions only your team can answer.
05
Not a layered agency
There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work. You meet the CEO in the first conversation and work with the CEO for the life of the partnership.
The CEO
You work with the person who built the department
Aryeh
CEO, Aryeh Algorithms
You work with me directly. In discovery I learn the business: what you sell, who buys it, how your team works and what runs today. We set priorities together in a standing review, and the work between reviews shows up in your portal as it is done. Questions in between come to me, not to an account manager, and you can reach me around the clock.
I have spent my career building start-up companies into brands and products that grew from local to global. When I started my own company I applied the same dedication, passion and drive for growth I had brought to theirs, and I still build for others while building my own. That is what I am here to do for you: act as an extension of your company, a true partner offering red-carpet digital service.
How we work
Six steps, from discovery to a department that runs
Six steps, in order. Each is reviewed with you before the next one starts, and the last two repeat for as long as the partnership runs.
01
Discovery
We map your market, your team, your stack and the work that repeats each week.
02
Strategy
A written plan: goals, audiences, channels and the order in which we build.
03
Build
Workflows, integrations and content systems, reviewed with you as they take shape.
04
Launch
Processes go live one at a time, each with a named owner and a defined check.
05
Operate
The department runs on a schedule; your team sees the work in the portal.
06
Optimize
On a fixed cadence we review results with you and adjust what runs.
Who we work with
Companies with a sales team and a stack that does not yet run as one
Growing B2B and B2B-adjacent companies, usually with a sales function, some marketing activity and a stack that does not yet work as one system. Most have tried tools, freelancers or an agency and are tired of managing them.
Sales
A sales function in place
Someone already has the conversations. Our work prepares, qualifies and follows up so that time goes to the conversations rather than the research before them.
Marketing
Some marketing activity
A website, an email list, a few campaigns, perhaps a freelancer or an agency. Enough to build on, not yet enough to run as a department.
Stack
Systems that are not yet one system
A CRM, a website and email that are maintained by hand and do not talk to each other. Connecting them is usually the first technical work we do.
We do not sell by industry. Discovery is where we find out whether the department would be useful for a specific company; when it would not, we say so.
Questions
Questions about the company
The company is founder-led. Aryeh, the CEO, runs it and works directly with every client: discovery, the strategy, the standing review and the messages in the portal all go through the CEO. The department itself runs as defined workflows, each with a named owner and a check by a person before the output reaches the client.
Before the partnership starts, through the contact form. Every submission is read by the CEO, who sets up the first call. Once the partnership starts, messages sent in the client portal go to the CEO, not to a queue, and that access is around the clock. Priorities are set in a standing review with the same person.
There is no industry list. Fit is about how a company works, not what it sells: a sales function, some marketing activity and a stack that does not yet run as one system. Discovery maps the work that repeats each week and shows whether the department would be useful. When it would not, we say so before anything is built.
