Solution

A pipeline that keeps filling while your team is delivering.

Lead generation, as Aryeh Algorithms provides it, is the continuous work of finding the companies that fit your offer, confirming who owns the problem there, qualifying each one against rules you agreed and handing your team a briefed conversation rather than a name. It runs as defined workflows inside the AI Marketing Department, with people writing the rules, reading each list before it is released and deciding the borderline cases.

01

The situation

New business arrives when it arrives. A referral from a customer, an introduction at an event, a form filled in by someone who found you on their own. When the team has a quiet week, someone builds a list and sends a few messages. When the team is delivering, nobody does, and a few months later the pipeline is empty and the quarter is decided by whoever happened to call.

You have tried the obvious fixes. A bought list that was wrong on arrival and stale within a season. A freelancer who wrote sequences to people who were never going to buy. A tool that needed someone to run it, and nobody had the hours. Meanwhile the inbound leads you do get wait in a shared inbox until somebody notices, and the CRM shows a version of the pipeline that nobody fully trusts.

What you need is not more names. It is a steady supply of people who fit, found for a reason, checked before they reach you, and handed over with enough context that the first conversation is worth having. That supply has to keep running when your team is busy, because that is exactly when it is needed, and it has to be written down where your team already looks.

02

What changes

  • 01

    A pipeline that never pauses

Prospecting runs as a defined weekly process rather than a task someone picks up in a quiet week. Lists are rebuilt, checked and released on a cadence that does not depend on who has time.

  • 02

    Names with a reason

Each prospect is on the list because research matched the account to your ideal customer profile or a signal suggested timing. The reason travels with the record, so your team knows why they are calling.

  • 03

    No more stale lists

Records are enriched and verified before they are used, and rebuilt on a schedule with the changes marked. Your team does not find out that a contact moved on by calling them.

  • 04

    Qualification you can read

Leads are scored against rules written with your team, not a definition chosen for you. Borderline cases are read by a person who records the decision, and the rules are reviewed with you each month.

  • 05

    Inbound answered while warm

A form or a reply is answered inside the window you set, whatever the hour, and lands with an owner instead of in a shared inbox. What the first message says is yours to approve.

  • 06

    Briefed conversations, not raw names

Your sales team receives each qualified lead with a short brief and a named owner, and everything that led to it is on the CRM record. Who to call, what to say and whether to pursue the deal stay with your team.

03

One standard for every lead

Leads reach you from two directions. Some are found: an account research matched to your profile, a person at that account who owns the problem, a signal that says now is a reasonable time to ask. Some come to you: a form, a demo request, a reply to a campaign, a visitor who keeps returning. Most companies treat the two differently. Found leads get worked when there is time; inbound leads get whoever is nearest the inbox.

Here both are held to the same rules. A lead qualifies for the same reasons whichever way it arrived, is scored the same way and reaches your team with the same brief. The only difference is timing: inbound is answered while it is warm, outbound is opened when the list says it should be. Your team sees one pipeline, not two lists.

04

Volume set by what your team can take

The number of leads is not the target. A list can always be made longer; what cannot be stretched is the number of conversations your team can have well. So the volume is agreed with you at setup, from how many conversations a week your team can take and how many should come from each direction. The qualification threshold is set to produce leads worth calling, not the largest number the tools could produce. When your capacity changes, the threshold changes with it.

06

What you receive

  • 01

A weekly list your team can work through

Each week your team sees who to open with next and the reason each name is there, in a list short enough to finish. Anyone you told us never to contact is not on it.

  • 02

    One pipeline in your CRM

Found and inbound leads sit on the same records with the same score fields, so your team reads one pipeline in the system it already uses, not a list from us beside a queue of its own.

  • 03

The right to overturn a no

When a lead is held back or closed, your team can see the reason and reopen it. A good lead cannot disappear because a rule needed changing, and the cases you reopen change the rule.

  • 04

    Rules you can change

The standard your leads are judged by is written in plain language in the portal, where your team can read it and ask for the bar to move. Nothing about it is hidden in a setting.

  • 05

    The records behind it

The prospect list, the lead briefs, the inbound log and the weekly pipeline section all land in the portal and on your CRM records. The lead generation function page describes each one and how often it arrives.

  • 06

A direct line to the CEO

Questions about who is on the list and why go to Aryeh directly, around the clock, not through an account manager. The person who answers is the person who set the standard with you.

07

Who this is for

A fit when

  • You have a defined market and a defined offer, even if the profile needs sharpening.
  • A sales team or a founder is ready to take the conversations that come out of it.
  • You run a CRM, or are willing to, so every step has somewhere to be recorded.
  • New business today depends on referrals and on whoever has spare time.

Not the right fit when

  • You are still working out what you sell and to whom; discovery would start there, not with lists.
  • You expect volume without qualification; a long list of names is not what this produces.
  • Nobody on your side can take the conversations once the leads arrive.

Questions about lead generation

From four places. Research finds the accounts that match your ideal customer profile and the public signals that suggest timing. Your own channels supply inbound leads: forms, demo requests, replies and visits. Demand generation brings in companies that are already looking. Outbound opens conversations with the people research shortlisted. Bought lists are not used unless you agree to one, and then every record is verified before it is worked.
