Pricing
Built around your budget, not a package.
There are no tiers and no price list. You tell us what you can invest each month, and we build the scope to fit it: the functions that move your pipeline first, the rest as the budget allows.
Engagement model
How the engagement works
One ongoing partnership, run month by month. This is what that means in practice.
01
An ongoing partnership
We build the department with you and then operate it. There is no handover at the end of a project, because the work does not end: the workflows keep running and we keep reviewing them with you.
02
A monthly operation
The engagement runs on a monthly cycle. Each month has a plan, the work is done on a schedule, you see it in the portal as it happens, and a summary closes the month.
03
The CEO, directly
You work with the CEO of Aryeh Algorithms, not an account manager. Messages sent in the portal reach the CEO, and you can reach the CEO around the clock.
04
One team across marketing and technology
The team that plans campaigns is the same team that connects your CRM, website and email. There is no second vendor to brief and no gap between the marketing work and the systems that carry it.
Scope
What determines scope
Five things set how much department a budget buys. We work through them with you in discovery, and they become the written scope.
- 01
Functions
Which of the eleven functions you need
Most companies start with the two or three that move the pipeline most and add others once the first ones have settled in. Each function is a defined process with a named owner and a check.
- 02
Volume
How much runs each month
The number of accounts researched, campaigns in flight and sequences sending, and the cadence at which content is drafted, approved and published.
- 03
Integrations
What we connect
CRM, website, email, ads and data sources. Each connection is set up once, tested with you and maintained as part of operation.
- 04
Infrastructure
What we build against what you already run
A working CRM and website are connected and left alone. A missing piece, such as forms, routing or tracking, is built as part of the scope rather than bought as a separate project.
- 05
Team involvement
How much your team keeps
How much your team wants to keep doing and how much to hand over. Approvals, sales conversations and the final say stay with you either way.
Operation
What ongoing operation includes
Every engagement includes the operation of what was built. These are part of the monthly work, not add-ons.
- 01The always-on workflows: defined marketing processes that run on a schedule, day and night, with anything that needs a decision held for a person.
- 02Supervision by the Aryeh Algorithms team: the output of each workflow is checked by a person before it reaches you or your market.
- 03Reporting: a weekly summary in plain language of what ran, what changed and what comes next.
- 04The client portal: where you see the work as it is done, approve what needs approval, ask for things and message the CEO.
- 05Direct access to the CEO, around the clock, for the questions that come up between reviews.
- 06A standing review on a fixed cadence, where we go through results with you and adjust what runs next.
- 07Maintenance of the integrations and infrastructure we built, so the department keeps running as your stack changes.
Getting started
How the partnership starts
Four steps from the first conversation to a running department. Nothing is built before the scope is written and agreed.
01
Discovery conversation
We talk through what you sell, who you sell to, what you run today and what you can invest each month.
02
Written scope
You receive a written scope: which functions, at what volume, with which integrations, and what your team keeps. It is agreed before any build starts.
03
Build
Workflows, integrations and content systems are built and reviewed with you as they take shape.
04
Operate
The department goes live one process at a time and runs on its monthly cycle from then on.
Questions
Questions about cost and scope
It depends on the five drivers above: which functions you need, the volume of work, the integrations, the infrastructure we build and how much your team keeps. We do not publish figures, because there is no standard package. Tell us the monthly budget you have in mind and we scope the department to it, starting with the function that will move your pipeline most.
More than most companies expect, provided the scope is fitted to the budget rather than the other way round. We start with the single highest-leverage function for your business, build it properly and run it. As it settles, the next function is added within the same monthly figure, or when the budget grows. The scope is written down, so what is included is never in doubt.
The engagement is ongoing and runs month by month, and there is no standard package. We customize the scope to your project and your financial goals, and build a holistic, systematic operating system devoted to growing your marketing and sales department. The scope can be revised at any standing review as your priorities or your budget change.
Third-party costs are billed separately from the engagement. That means advertising spend on any platform and the licences for software you use, such as your CRM, email platform or data tools. The written scope lists which third-party services the department relies on, so those costs are known before the build starts.
Tell us the budget. We will tell you what it builds.
Start with a conversation about what you sell, who you sell to and what you can invest. The CEO reads every message and sets up the first call.
