How it works

How the partnership works.

The department is built with you, operated with you and improved with you. Six steps, in order: nothing goes live before the step before it is finished and reviewed with you, and the person you talk to throughout is the CEO.

01Discovery

We map the work that repeats.

Before anything is planned, we learn how the business runs today: what you sell, who buys it, which systems hold the data and where the week’s work stalls.

What happens

We read the material you already have, walk through your CRM, website, email and forms with you, and list the marketing and sales work that repeats each week: who does it today and what it produces.

What you do

Join a small number of working sessions, give us access to the systems you already run, and tell us plainly what has been tried and what did not hold.

What you receive

A written picture of the current state: the stack, the data, the repeating work and the bottlenecks, with a first view of which functions would matter most.

Cadence

A short, concentrated stretch at the start of the partnership. Its length follows the size of the stack and the number of people involved; it ends when the picture is complete enough to plan from, not on a fixed date.

02Strategy

A written plan, in the order we build.

Discovery becomes a plan: goals, audiences, channels and the sequence in which the department is built, sized to the budget agreed first.

What happens

We propose which functions to build, in what order, and what each will produce. The monthly budget is settled before scope, so the plan describes a department that is useful from the first month rather than one that is complete on paper.

What you do

Set the goals with us, make the trade-offs that are yours to make, and approve the plan before anything is built.

What you receive

The plan itself: a working document with goals, audiences, channels, the build order, the review cadence and who owns each decision. It lives in the portal and is revised as results come in.

Cadence

Drafted soon after discovery closes and settled in one or two review rounds with the CEO. The plan is not a launch document; it is reopened at every review from then on.

03Build

Workflows, integrations and content systems take shape.

The functions in the plan are built on the systems you already run, and reviewed with you as each one takes shape.

What happens

We connect your CRM, website, email and forms, build the workflows for each function in the plan, set up the checks a person performs before work reaches you, and prepare the first content, lists or sequences the function needs to start.

What you do

Review the pieces as they are ready, answer the questions only your team can answer, such as exclusions, tone and who owns what, and approve each function before it goes live.

What you receive

Each function appears in your portal as it is built, with its workflows, its owner on our team and the artifacts it will produce. Nothing is switched on until you have seen it.

Cadence

Functions are built in the order the plan sets, one or a few at a time, so the first is ready to launch while later ones are still in progress. The pace follows the number of integrations and how quickly questions come back.

04Launch

Processes go live one at a time.

Each process goes live on its own, with a named owner on our team and a defined check, so nothing runs before the step before it is finished.

What happens

A function is switched on for a first run at a small scale. Its owner reviews the first outputs, confirms that the check works as designed and that the data written back to your systems is correct, then widens it to its normal scope.

What you do

Approve the first outputs where the plan asks for approval, for example the first sequence for a segment or the first article, and tell us where the result differs from what you expected.

What you receive

A function running in your stack, its first artifacts in the portal, and a note of what was adjusted between the first run and normal operation.

Cadence

Staggered. Launches follow the build order, and each one is settled before the next begins, so the department comes online function by function rather than all at once.

05Operate

The department runs on a schedule.

Defined marketing processes run day and night. A person on our team owns each function, reviews its output and answers your questions, and you see the work in the portal as it happens.

What happens

Automated workflows carry the continuous execution: research, enrichment, monitoring, sending, routing and reporting on the schedule set in the plan. Our team reviews the output at the points the plan defines, handles anything that needs a decision and keeps the systems tidy.

What you do

Approve what needs approval, request work through the portal, and bring the questions and changes that only you can see. Messages to the CEO are answered by the CEO.

What you receive

A weekly summary in plain language, the artifacts each function produces as they are produced, and a portal that shows what ran, what is waiting for you and what comes next.

Cadence

Continuous for the workflows, weekly for the summary, and a standing review with the CEO at an interval agreed in the plan.

06Optimize

Results are reviewed and what runs is adjusted.

On a fixed cadence we go through the results with you and change what runs: the plan is revised, functions are added, retired or retuned, and the next period starts from what was learned.

What happens

We compare what each function produced against what the plan expected, look at what changed in your market and your pipeline, and propose adjustments: a new segment, a retired message, a function to add or one to pause.

What you do

Join the review, tell us what changed on your side, and decide the adjustments that are yours to decide. Budget and scope can move at a review as well.

What you receive

A revised plan with the reason for each change recorded in the portal, and recommendations you can accept or decline, each with what it would take to act on it.

Cadence

A fixed review at the interval set in the plan, with smaller adjustments made between reviews when a change cannot wait.

Agency, in-house, software, or a partner

The four ways to get marketing done differ mostly in who does the managing. Software waits for someone to run it. An agency works from your brief and needs managing. An in-house team needs recruiting, training and managing, and carries the overhead. A founder-led partner builds the department with you and then runs it, and the person you talk to is the person accountable for it.

  • Software

    • You buy it.
    • You configure it.
    • You manage it.
  • Agency

    • You brief them.
    • They execute.
    • You manage them.
  • In-house team

    • You recruit.
    • You train.
    • You manage.
    • You carry the overhead.
  • Aryeh Algorithms

    • We build it with you.
    • We operate it with you.
    • We improve it with you.
    • You talk to the CEO, not an account manager.

None of these is wrong. Software fits a team that has the people to run it. An agency fits a defined campaign with a clear brief. An in-house team fits a company ready to carry it. The partner model fits a company that wants the department to exist and run without hiring for it, and that wants to talk to the person who owns it.

Always on, in two senses

Around the clock means two different things on this site, and they do not blur.

The CEO

Direct communication with the CEO, around the clock, is a stated commitment. Messages sent in the client portal go to the CEO, not to a queue, whenever they are sent, and they are answered by the same person. Beyond the portal, two channels are public commitments as well: phone or WhatsApp on +1 609 651 2122, and email at Aryeh@aryehalgorithms.com. We respond within 24 hours, whichever channel you use.

The workflows

Automated workflows run defined marketing processes continuously: research, enrichment, monitoring, sending, routing and reporting on the schedule set in the plan. They do not need a person watching them every second, and we never describe them that way. Anything that needs a decision waits for a person to make it.

  • Day

Campaign planning, lead research and sales preparation.

  • Evening

Monitoring, data enrichment and workflow execution.

  • Overnight

    Research, processing, qualification and reporting.

  • Morning

Your team returns to a system that has kept moving.

Automated workflows continue researching, organizing, monitoring and executing defined marketing processes around the clock.

The system gets smarter over time

Your priorities change. Your market changes. Your customers change. We stay close to the business so the system changes with you.

The review in step six is where changes are made, but it is not the only place they come from. Research runs on a cadence, so a new competitor or a new question from buyers reaches the plan through the process rather than by surprise. The portal carries your requests and the CEO’s replies between reviews, so an adjustment is made when the change happens rather than at the next planning cycle.

How the CEO partnership works

Questions about the partnership

Who manages the work. An agency executes your brief and you manage the agency. An in-house team is recruited, trained and managed by you, and carries the overhead. A founder-led partner builds the department with you, operates it and improves it, and the person you talk to is the CEO who is accountable for it, not an account manager.
