Campaigns
Campaigns is the function that turns a strategy and a body of content into coordinated activity across email, paid placements, social channels and your website. It starts with a campaign plan drawn from the strategy, holds every campaign for approval before launch, runs and monitors it week by week against agreed pause rules, and ends with a plain-language report on what ran and what changes next.
01
What the function does
Campaigns starts where strategy and content meet. At each review the strategy names the segments, offers and moments worth a concerted push. Campaigns turns each of those into a plan: the audience, the channels, the message, the assets needed, the dates, the spend limit and the rule that decides when it stops. The plan goes to your team for approval before anything is built. Once approved, the assets are requested from content, the audiences are built from your CRM, and the pieces are assembled in your email platform, ad accounts and website.
Every campaign runs on a weekly rhythm. Sends and placements go out on schedule inside the limits you set. Automated checks read the results each morning and compare them with the thresholds agreed at approval. When a threshold is crossed, the campaign pauses on its own and a person looks before it resumes. Each week your portal shows what ran, what came back and what changes in the next week, written in sentences rather than a dashboard of figures.
Campaigns does not invent the message or set the direction. Strategy decides where to push, content writes the words, and campaigns puts them in front of the right people on a schedule that holds. When a response turns into a conversation, it reaches your sales team with the campaign it came from attached, and what your team hears in that conversation comes back into the next plan.
02
What is automated
These are defined marketing processes: each has a fixed input, a fixed output and a rule for what happens next. They run on a schedule and never wait for someone to remember them.
01
Campaign planning
Each campaign starts from a template: audience, channels, message, assets, dates, spend limit and pause rules. The draft plan is filled from the strategy and the content calendar, then posted to your portal for approval before anything is built.
02
Audience building
Segments are built from your CRM and website data by the rules in the plan, refreshed before each send and checked against your suppression lists, so no customer or open opportunity receives a campaign meant for prospects.
03
Asset assembly
Approved copy and creative are placed into your email platform, ad accounts and landing pages, checked for broken links, missing tracking and wrong versions, then staged for launch on the approved date.
04
Scheduled execution
Sends and placements run on the approved schedule and within the spend and volume limits agreed at approval. Each step records what went out, to whom and when, so the campaign log is complete without anyone keeping it.
05
Threshold monitoring and pause
Results are read each morning against the thresholds in the plan. If a campaign crosses a pause rule, it stops on its own and a review task is opened for a person before it can resume.
06
Response routing
Replies, form fills and bookings from a campaign are written to the contact record in your CRM with the campaign attached and passed to lead generation, which qualifies them against the agreed rules and routes the ones that meet them to your sales team the same day.

What is supervised by the Aryeh Algorithms team
Judgment stays with people. Our team owns this function for your account, and these are the points where a person reads, decides or pauses the work.
01
Plan approval
No campaign is built until a person on our team has read the plan and your team has approved the audience, message, spend limit and pause rules in your portal. Silence is not approval.
02
Pre-launch check
Before the launch date a person walks through the assembled campaign as a recipient would: every link, every version, every audience count. Anything that does not match the approved plan is fixed before it goes out.
03
Pause decisions
When a pause rule fires, a person reads what happened and decides whether to resume, change or retire the campaign. The automation stops the work; it never restarts it on its own.
04
Weekly read
A person writes the weekly campaign report rather than exporting it. The report says what happened and what we recommend, in sentences your team can act on without opening a single tool.
05
Changes in flight
Any change to the audience, offer or message while a campaign is running is treated as a new version. It is read by a person and approved by your team the same way the original was.
A campaign spends your money and speaks in your name, so I read every plan before it goes to you for approval, and I decide when a paused campaign resumes. The schedule runs on its own; the judgment about whether it should keep running stays with me.

What you receive
Each artifact appears in your portal as it is produced, under the task or approval it belongs to. The weekly summary also arrives by email.

How it integrates with your team and stack
Campaigns runs inside the tools you already use. Audiences come from your CRM, sends go through your email platform, placements run in ad accounts you own, and landing pages sit on your website. Nothing is moved to a system of ours. Your team keeps every login and every approval; the portal shows what campaigns did against your accounts and asks for a decision when one is needed.
Responses hand off to sales through lead generation, on a rule agreed in setup. A reply, form fill or booking that meets the rule reaches the account owner with the campaign, the message and the contact history attached. What your sales team learns in those conversations, from objections to the words prospects use, comes back into the next campaign plan.
What it connects to
- Your CRM
- Audiences are built from it and every response is written back to the contact record with the campaign attached. It remains your system of record.
- Email platform
- Approved sends are assembled and scheduled in the email platform you already use, inside the volume and suppression rules your team sets.
- Ad accounts
- Placements run in accounts your company owns, within the spend limits agreed at approval. Access is granted to us, never transferred.
- Website
- Landing pages and forms live on your site. Tracking is checked before launch so every response can be traced to the campaign it came from.

Questions about campaigns
In campaigns, the execution. Automation fills the plan from the strategy, builds the audience from your CRM, assembles the assets in your email platform and ad accounts, sends on schedule, reads the results each morning against the pause rules and writes every response back to the contact record. People approve the plan, check the campaign before launch, decide what happens after a pause and write the weekly report.
The plan is written and posted to your portal for approval: audience, channels, message, assets, dates, spend limit and the rules that pause it. Once approved, the assets are assembled and a person on our team walks through the campaign as a recipient would, checking links, versions, tracking and audience counts. Nothing goes out until that check is complete and the launch date arrives.
Each plan carries pause rules agreed at approval: a spend limit, a volume limit, a response pattern that looks wrong, or a date. Automated checks read the results each morning and stop the campaign on their own when a rule is crossed. It stays stopped until a person has read what happened and decided whether to resume, change or retire it. Your team is told either way.
