The core commitment

You work with the CEO. Not an account manager.

The CEO partnership is the commitment every Aryeh Algorithms engagement runs on: you work directly with me, Aryeh, CEO of Aryeh Algorithms, with communication around the clock. The person who scopes your department is the person who runs it. It is not a tier or an add-on; it is how the work is done.

01

The situation

You have probably bought marketing help before. Someone senior sold you the engagement, understood your business and made you confident. Then the work began and that person stepped back. An account manager took over. Questions went into a queue, answers came back days later, and each answer had passed through two or three people before it reached you. When something needed a decision, nobody on the call could make it.

Your business does not sit still while that happens. A launch moves. A competitor changes price. A sales rep tells you the leads coming in are not the leads you asked for. You need the priority changed today, and you need the person who changes it to already understand why, without a re-brief and without a meeting to schedule a meeting.

That is the gap this page is about. I started Aryeh Algorithms to close it. You work with me directly, from the first conversation through every week of operation, and nobody steps back after the sale. When a priority needs to move, you tell me, and I already know why it matters. One person is accountable for all of it, and that person is the one you can reach.

AryehCEO, Aryeh Algorithms

02

What changes

  • 01

    One accountable person

Every part of your engagement, from the first scoping conversation to the weekly operation, is owned by the CEO. There is no handover after the sale, no second team you have not met, and no context lost between selling the work and doing it.

  • 02

    Decisions on the call

When a question needs a decision, the person on the call can make it. Scope, priority, budget allocation and what to stop are settled in the conversation, then written down in your portal.

  • 03

    Direct communication, any hour

Your messages in the client portal go to me, not to a shared inbox. The commitment is that you can reach the CEO around the clock and that the reply comes from me.

  • 04

    Priorities set together

A standing review sets priorities with you and revisits them as your goals and your market change. Nothing is locked into a plan written months ago, because the plan is owned by someone who can change it.

  • 05

    No relay, no dilution

What you say is what I hear. There is no account manager summarizing your request for a delivery team, and no delivery team guessing at what you meant.

03

How communication works

Your client portal has one message thread for your organization and one for every campaign, task, approval and recommendation. Every message in those threads reaches me directly, with a notification the moment it arrives. Replies come from me under my own name and role, not from a shared inbox or a team persona. When a message concerns work an operator on our team is carrying, they see it too, but the reply and the accountability stay with me.

The portal is the channel I commit to publicly, because it keeps every conversation next to the work it is about. Beyond the portal, you can reach me by phone or WhatsApp on +1 609 651 2122 and by email at Aryeh@aryehalgorithms.com; both are commitments I make to every client, not case-by-case arrangements, and I respond within 24 hours on any of them. Whatever channel a conversation starts on, the decision it produces is written into the portal thread it belongs to.

04

How priorities are set

Priorities are set in a standing review that you and I hold together. We start from your goals for the period, look at what the reporting says has happened, and agree what the department works on next and what it stops doing. The output is a short written list of priorities in your portal, dated, so your team and mine work from the same version.

The list is revisited at the next review, or sooner when something changes. A new product, a lost deal, a shift in who is buying: any of these is reason to reopen it, and you do not have to wait for a scheduled meeting to raise it. Message me and we reset the order without waiting for the next review.

05

How I stay across your account

I read your reporting every week, and I read it before we talk about it, so our conversations start from the numbers rather than from a status update. I sit in every review of your plan. When your goals change, when a channel stops returning what it did, or when your sales team tells me the leads coming in have changed, I adjust the operation myself: which workflows run, what they target, what is paused and what is added.

06

What an account manager cannot give you

An account manager is a sensible role in a large agency. It exists because the people doing the work sit several layers away from the client, and someone has to carry messages between them. The cost of that structure is time and precision. A question travels up, a decision travels back, and each leg loses some of what was meant.

Here there are no layers to carry messages across. You ask me, and I answer. If the answer needs a decision on scope, budget or priority, I make it on the spot and record it. If it needs a change to a workflow, I make the change or assign it, and you see it in your activity history. The person who understood your business well enough to scope the department is the person running it every week, so nothing is diluted by being retold.

08

What you receive

  • 01

    Direct message threads

One thread for your organization and one for each campaign, task, approval and recommendation in your portal. Every message reaches me and is answered under my own name.

  • 02

    A standing priorities review

A recurring review where you and I set the department’s priorities together, with the agreed list written to your portal and dated after each session.

  • 03

Decisions recorded where they were made

Scope, budget and priority decisions taken in conversation are written into the relevant thread or task, so the record sits with the work rather than in an email you have to find.

  • 04

The weekly summary in your portal

The weekly summary is filed in your portal with the records behind it, so the figures we discuss in a review are ones you can open and check for yourself.

  • 05

    A visible record of adjustments

Every change I make to the operation appears in your activity history with the reason attached, so you can see what shifted and why between reviews.

  • 06

    No handover

The engagement is never passed to a second team. Discovery, scoping, budget, weekly review and every message run through the same person, so nothing needs re-explaining to someone new.

09

Who this is for

A fit when

  • Companies that want one accountable person for the whole marketing and tech operation.
  • Companies that change priorities as they learn and need the change made without a re-brief.
  • Leaders who value a decision made on the call over a process that defers it.
  • Founders and revenue leaders who want to talk to the person doing the work.

Not the right fit when

  • Companies that want a vendor to disappear behind a ticket queue and report quarterly.
  • Companies that need a large, layered team on site every day.
  • Companies that prefer a fixed statement of work that does not change once it is signed.

Questions about ceo partnership

Me. Aryeh, CEO of Aryeh Algorithms. I run discovery, scope the department with you, set priorities with you and read your reporting every week. Operators on our team carry parts of the work, and you may see their names on tasks in your portal, but the conversation, the decisions and the accountability are mine. There is no account manager between us.

Talk to the person who will run your department.

The first conversation is with me, and so is every one after it. Tell me where your marketing and sales operation stands today, and we will work out together what to build first and how it should run.
